DECATHLON COACH 

Context : Decathlon International

Year : 2015 - now (Work in progress)

My role : Responsible for the design of Decathlon Coach project. UX and UI : user research with the product manager resulting in personas, UX maps, creation of user flow, wireframes, interactive mock ups, user testing, main part of the end graphics, design specifications for developers.

Team members : William Sutter - Product manager, Philippe Alexandre - father of the project, Sylvain Garbez - Data architect, Guillaume Gustin - Engineer responsible for the developments of the app, Charles Ansenss - engineer responsible for the developments of the website, Diane Garreau - dialogue leader, Pierre Lubin - Project manager, Jerome Lacoste - team leader, Camille Boutaert - Communication, Vincent Ducorney - Strategy, Elise Martinet - UI designer.

Description : Decathlon coach is a service dedicated to sportsmen aiming to make sport accessible to the most by coaching them in their practise. It's composed of :

1. A mobile application (Android and iOS) based on GPS giving sportsmen their values on the move (speed, distance, calories, your path on a map...) and allowing them to reach their objectives thanks to free coaching programs created by experts and provided by Decathlon brands (Kalenji for running, Newfeel for walking, and soon other sports)

2. A responsive website : decathloncoach.com where you can find again all your sport history, analyse in details your sessions, follow your progress and compete with friends.

3. Compatible products that enrich the experience : HR sensors compatible with the app, connected watch...

A few numbers : More than 1 million downloads of the app. About 50 000 weekly active users, more than 100 000 sessions per week, average rating for the app is currently 4.3/5 for iOS and 4.254/5 for ANDROID
